These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jasray Technologies Sdn Bhd ("MeetBuddy", "we", "our", or "us"), a company registered under the laws of Brunei Darussalam. These Terms govern your access to and use of MeetBuddy's AI-powered meeting recording, transcription, and minutes generation service, including our Progressive Web Application, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Service. These Terms apply to all users of our Service, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers, regardless of geographic location.

User Accounts & Eligibility

• Starter Plan: FREE - 5 meetings/month, basic transcription, AI minutes • Personal Plan: $5/month - 50 meetings/month, priority processing, enhanced features • Pro Plan: $12/month - Unlimited meetings, premium AI features, priority support • Enterprise: Custom pricing for organizations with advanced requirements • Plan features and pricing are subject to change with advance notice
